2. Mika Biereth

Mika Biereth joined Arsenal from fellow London side Fulham in 2021 and instantly impressed in the club's academy. In his debut season, he netted 11 goals in 21 appearances in the Premier League 2 and also featured in some senior matchday squads.

He had an injury plagued loan spell at Eredivisie side RKC Waalwijk in the 2022/23 season and scored only twice in 12 league appearances. He joined Motherwell on loan last summer and scored six times in 14 league games before being recalled by Arsenal in January.

Despite rumours he would become involved in the first team, Biereth was sent back out on loan to Sturm Graz to gain more first team experience. He has already scored four goals in seven Austrian Bundesliga games and has also netted three times in four appearances in the Europa Conference League.

Impressing so quickly in a European league, albeit a lesser one, and a European competition surely means Biereth deserves a serious chance in the Arsenal first team next season. Eddie Nketiah looks likely to leave the club in the summer so Biereth could pounce on this to get a chance in the first team.
