3. Brooke Norton-Cuffy

Brooke Norton-Cuffy has had the most loans out of any player on this list with four spells away from the club over the last two years. He was loaned to Lincoln City for the second half of the 2021/22 season and spent time at Rotherham United from summer 2022 to January 2023.

The right back joined Coventry City on loan for the second half of last season and helped the Sky Blues to the Championship promotion play-offs. He has spent this campaign at Millwall and has impressed in his time there. He has made 35 league appearances for the Lions, scoring twice and assisting three.

He has made 48 successful dribbles so far this season, putting him in the 96th percentile of Championship players. Norton-Cuffy also sits in the 91st percentile of players for successful ground duels, having won 166 of an attempted 353.

Norton-Cuffy's impressive spell at Millwall this season and the heavy amount of first team experience he has gained over his four loan moves should allow him to be a given a genuine chance at Arsenal. His return from his Millwall loan will coincide with Cedric's expected departure from the club so he could take the former Portugal international's place in the first team squad and try make a name for himself.
