As we are nearing crunch time for the 2023/24 season, it is also time for Arsenal to get a move on behind the scenes. In total, there are 5 Arsenal players with contracts expiring in 2024. To avoid previous mistakes from reoccurring, there must be negotiations ongoing at the Emirates Stadium, but who should the club prioritise?
Well, in true Pain in the Arsenal fashion, let's rank all the Arsenal players with contracts expiring in 2024 from worst to best.

5. Karl Hein
The Estonian goalkeeper Karl Hein runs out of contract at the end of the season but it doesn't look like the Gunners will be in any immediate rush to extend his stay.
He is only 21 years old and there's no denying that Hein could have a bright future ahead of him but is that future worth pursuing at Arsenal? I don't think so.
Mikel Arteta has two world-class goalkeepers at his disposal in Aaron Ramsdale and David Raya. The likelihood of Hein overtaking them in any upcoming season is unlikely. We wish Hein the best as we would love to see him succeed, but it would benefit all parties to part ways in the summer.
