2. Declan Rice
It's fair to say that Declan Rice has never been involved in a title race but he has the most quality in this Arsenal team. When the Englishman signed from West Ham United last summer, he made quite the statement by saying he signed for Arsenal to win trophies.
If he were to win the Premier League in his first season, it shouldn't be overlooked. He certainly has what it takes to do the unthinkable, as he led West Ham United to a European trophy last season which was arguably a much more difficult task than Arsenal winning the Premier League.
Rice provides world-class quality in the midfield. There's a reason why nobody mentions his price tag and that's because he justified it within his first few months.
However, it's games like THAT Man City fixture which Declan Rice was signed for. He played excellently against Man City earlier in the season, so he will give his all to have a similar impact in this match.
