1. Declan Rice (£105m)

The biggest compliment for Declan Rice is that despite costing upwards of £100m, the English midfielder's price tag is very rarely mentioned. At first, people would claim it was extortionate money for Arsenal to spend on one player but as time progressed, Rice actually began to look like a bargain.

Rice is still yet to have a bad game for Arsenal. Every single performance he puts in, he comes out as one of the best players on the pitch. Oftentimes, the work of the midfielder can go overlooked but it is clear the improvement that Rice has made to this Arsenal team.

Rice has already scored three very important goals for Arsenal this season. Most notably, he scored two late winning goals against Manchester United and also against Luton Town in the Premier League. He did also inspire the comeback against Chelsea with his long-range strike at the start of the season.
