2. Kai Havertz

Kai Havertz' redemption arc is widely documented. Most beautifully, it is documented in the form of a chant which Arsenal fans (and rival fans, much to their annoyance) cannot get out of their heads.

Having spent big money on Havertz in the 2023 summer transfer window, it looked at the beginning of the season like that money was well and truly "down the drain". However, with the trust of Mikel Arteta and playing in his strongest position, Havertz pulled through and emerged as one of the best players at the club.

With a game remaining, Kai Havertz has 12 goals and seven assists in the Premier League. This is an outstanding statistic considering last season with Chelsea, he scored just seven Premier League goals and provided one assist. Still, this goes to show the impact that playing under a world-class head coach can do.

Hopefully next season, the Germany international will only continue to build on the incredible momentum he's set himself this season.
