4. Declan Rice
Declan Rice has only been with Arsenal for a season but he has already proven his worth to the Emirates Stadium faithful. He joined as a European champion and he's already making an impact, taking in the North London culture and embodying everything the club stands for in an instant.
Rice has come up with some HUGE moments for Arsenal in his first season, including late winning goals against Manchester United and Luton, but also a stunning long-range strike against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge to inspire a comeback.
With that being said, should Rice have a good showing for England at EURO 2024, he is bound to have European clubs lining up to sign him. He is the talk of the town in most transfer windows so only being at Arsenal for one season won't change that.
However, fans can take reassurance in the fact that Rice was a statement signing for Arsenal not just because of his price tag but also because of the long-term vision Mikel Arteta sold to him upon his arrival.
