1. Alexander Iwobi (€30.4m profit)

Kicking off this list is a player sale sanctioned by Arsenal in 2019.

Alexander Iwobi who is one of the more famous Hale End graduates emerged into a first-team star for Arsenal during his time in North London. He matured under Arsene Wenger and was handed a lot of trust by the Frenchman.

The arrival of Unai Emery, though, rendered Alexander Iwobi as surplus to requirements. The arrival of Nicolas Pepe, Arsenal's record signing at the time, did not help Iwobi's case either as he would not have made many appearances.

Therefore, he was sold to Everton in 2019 for a transfer fee of €30.4m, which can be considered as profit, considering there was no transfer fee involved in bringing Iwobi to North London.
