2. Oleksandr Zinchenko

Sticking in the full-back department, Oleksandr Zinchenko is a player who makes this list through a little more fault of his own. Zinchenko has been given chances in the starting lineup but as time progresses, he finds himself falling further and further down the pecking order.

The Ukraine international is a defensive liability and one who needs serious improvement in the one-on-one department. When a winger is dribbling against Zinchenko, Arsenal fans always fear the worst and they often get the worst outcome.

I guess you could argue that Zinchenko has never been a defensive player. This is true and last season, Arsenal were a greater attacking force, so Zinchenko's weaknesses in that area were not exploited even half as much.

However, this season, Mikel Arteta sets up much more defensively which does not work in Zinchenko's favour. However, you look at it, Zinchenko has underachived this season.
