6. Emile Smith Rowe

Emile Smith Rowe was a fan favourite just a few seasons ago and Arsenal's main source of goals. However, over the last two seasons, Smith Rowe has failed to score a single goal. It's a shame to see but in truth, he hasn't been given many opportunities to score that goal he so desperately craves.

This season, Smith Rowe has started three Premier League games which is not great but it's three more than he started last season. Most of his performances have come from the bench but still, he struggles to get that goal which would break his current hoodoo.

Smith Rowe suffered an unfortunate injury last season, during the main foundational period of Arsenal's squad rebuild. He came back at a time when key players had established themselves in the starting lineup and with Declan Rice and Kai Havertz arriving in the summer, he didn't stand a chance this season. Either way, he has underachieved according to his own standards this season.
