8. Gabriel Martinelli
You can roll your eyes, sure, but don't click off just yet. Martinelli is an excellent winger and one of the best in the Premier League but I'll be the first to say it, he has been underwhelming this season.
Last season in the Premier League, Martinelli scored an impressive 15 goals and provided four assists. Not a bad return for a winger, right? Well, this season, he has failed to hit those targets as we approach the final six games of the season - This season, Martinelli has scored just six Premier League goals and provided four assists.
Does this mean he's had worse performances compared to last season? Not necessarily. There have been some matches this time out where he's been the star of the show and turned matches around - Look at Manchester City (H) at the start of the season, for example.
However, Martinelli has been far less productive. Hopefully, he can finish the season on a strong note and make me eat my words.
