Jorginho (CM) - 7.5/10 - Another efficient performance from Jorginho, who deserved an assist. The Italian produced a litany of excellent passes in behind the Brentford defence.

Declan Rice (CM) - 7.5/10 - Rice, playing advanced again, thundered his header home to give Arsenal the lead. Wasn't hugely influential otherwise, but did come close to scoring a second with an effort from range.

Martin Odegaard (CM) - 7/10 - Impacted proceedings in the first half with his typical subtle brilliance in and around the box. Combined smartly down the right throughout and was involved in the winner.
