Declan Rice (MF) - 7/10 - We are running out of adjectives for Declan Rice, but this guy is what every team needs. He is solid and tidy and keeps the team ticking and moving forward. West Ham should have doubled their asking price for the Englishman, but that boat has already sailed.

Jorginho (MF) - 7/10 - Another impressive performance from the experienced midfielder. He detected the pace of the game and helped Arsenal control the tempo. He is the type player every club needs and Mikel Arteta is justified for paying £12m for his services last season.

Martin Ødegaard (MF) - 7/10 - Another impressive performance from the captain. He was involved in the good things Arsenal did against Newcastle. Odegaard is the technical leader and his pressing has been impressive in every passing game.
