Arsenal are set to hold talks with Emile Smith Rowe regarding his future in the coming weeks. An exit looks likely for the midfielder but he deserves to stay at the club.
Two years ago, Emile Smith Rowe seemed to be one of the Gunners' main stars, but injury struggles have kept him out of the side. He made just 19 appearances throughout the course of the 2023/24 season, with just four of these being starts, and will demand more game time in the near future.

Smith Rowe is still young for a footballer at the age of 23, so he still has plenty to offer. While some clubs could be enticed by offloading what appears to be a young player struggling, the Gunners could bide their time to see if ESR can make the grade next season.
Arteta should take note of Smith Rowe's age and contemplate giving him another chance to shine with the club.
