This Arsenal lineup with Nico Williams could rustle some feathers

GK - David Raya. Raya would gladly welcome another Spaniard to the Arsenal ranks. Having had experience of playing with Nico Williams on international duty, the Arsenal goalkeeper would be key to welcoming him to North London.

RB - Ben White. There will be a slight competition for places next season with Timber back, but I do think Ben White should stay as the right-back. He will be fresh for preseason, having had the summer to recuperate.

CB - Gabriel. Gabriel was Arsenal's best defender last season. Since he is soon to approach his prime stage, it is scary to think about how good he could become under Mikel Arteta over the next few seasons.

CB - William Saliba. There is every possibility that William Saliba would meet Nico Williams at EURO 2024, since France and Spain are two favourites to go far in the competition.

LB - Jurrien Timber. It is hard to avoid the age-old cliche that Jurrien Timber will feel like a new signing but... He will feel like a new signing. It may take him a bit of time to get back to his best but with a full preseason under his belt, Timber will be prepared to potentially play on the same flank as Williams.
