In total, Arsenal have had four managers at the Emirates Stadium. In chronological order, here is every Arsenal manager from the Emirates Stadium era:

  • Arsene Wenger
  • Unai Emery
  • Freddie Ljungberg (interim)
  • Mikel Arteta

In my opinion, the chronological order is too boring and too surface-level. That said, let's spice things up by applying our own Pain in the Arsenal twist. Here is every Arsenal manager from the Emirates Stadium era ranked from worst to best.

4. Freddie Ljungberg (interim)

Somebody has to take the fourth spot in this list and unfortunately in this case, it has to be Freddie.

There's no denying that Ljungberg is a club legend and he proved his loyalty to the club as he stepped in during a time of need. When Unai Emery was dismisses from the club, Ljungberg stepped in as the interim boss.

Long story short, Ljungberg will be remembered for his immense playing days rather than his not-so-immense managerial days. After working his way up the academy managerial ranks, Ljungberg only managed one win as Arsenal interim manager, in six attempts. No hard feelings, though - We still love you, Freddie.
