2. Mikel Arteta
The current boss is making quite the name for himself. The second manager on this list who used to play for Arsenal and he even captained the club during his playing days.
Mikel Arteta has managed at Arsenal since the end of 2019. In just over four years as Gunners boss, Arteta has already achieved some pretty cool feats. He was the first manager after Arsene Wenger to lift the FA Cup and he also won the Community Shield twice - Once in 2020 and the other in 2023.
Arteta is mostly known for his man-management. Those who have watched the All or Nothing documentary on Amazon Prime will know that Arteta has a certain way of managing which sticks out above any Premier League coach.
He is also known for his imaginative and unique team speeches but above all else, he is very vocal on the touchline - Sometimes this actually works against him but Arsenal fans love it nonetheless.
If Arteta continues the way he's going, he could be the Arsenal manager for a long time and he could achieve some great things with the club.
