Arsenal's head-to-head record against 2024/25 Champions League opponents
- The Gunners earned some favourable opponents in the draw
Dinamo Zagreb (H)
Arsenal have been drawn to play Dinamo Zagreb at home and should be pleased with this. The two sides have played one another four times, with the Gunners winning three and losing one.
The first meeting between the clubs came in the 2006-07 Champions League qualifying stage before they met once again in the 2015-16 group stage. In their most recent encounter, Arsenal secured a 3-0 win at Emirates Stadium.
The Gunners have won both their home games against Dinamo Zagreb and will be eager to continue this when they welcome the Croatian champions to the Emirates.

Sporting Lisbon (A)
Arguably one of their most difficult fixtures, Arsenal have been awarded an away trip to Sporting Lisbon. The two sides have met six times, with the Gunners winning two and drawing four.
This has proven to be a tricky tie for the Gunners in recent years with the last encounter coming in the round of 16 of the 2022-23 Europa League. Sporting were victorious in a penalty shootout at Emirates Stadium following a 3-3 draw on aggregate.
While Sporting are not Arsenal's best quality opponent, they will certainly give Mikel Arteta's side a run for their money when they meet.
