Bukayo Saka (RW) - 9/10 - A simply unbelievable showing from one of the best wingers in world football. Constantly put pressure on the Saints defence and it paid off, assisting his side's first and second goal. Played a perfectly placed cross for Martinelli to score the second and was well-positioned to pounce and smash home the third.

Gabriel Jesus (ST) - 6.5/10 - Not the best game from the Brazilian as he was not much of an attacking threat in front of goal. Did get involved in the build-up at times and did well to help create some chances. Replaced with half hour remaining.

Raheem Sterling (LW) - 6.5/10 - Making his first Premier League start for Arsenal, the former England international did not make much of the opportunity. Used his pace to make life difficult for the Southampton defence but did not offer too much. Taken off with half hour to play.
