Arsenal succumbed to a 2-1 defeat at Fulham as the Gunners dropped to fourth in the Premier League table after back-to-back defeats.

As far as poor performances go, Arsenal's 2-1 loss to Fulham might be the worst of the season. Mikel Arteta's side took the lead within five minutes thanks to Bukayo Saka, but after that, the hosts took control of the game.

It will be of huge concern to Arteta that Arsenal's form has dipped so much over the last few weeks as after not being able to find the net and playing well versus West Ham, against Fulham, they scored early, and then couldn't do anything of note after.

The game provided plenty of talking points, here they are.

1. Arsenal form a huge concern

With the loss to Fulham, it now marks just one win in their last five games in the Premier League for Arsenal. The Gunners have also only socred twice in three games which is rather unusual.

With the loss, Arsenal drops to fourth in the league table, two points behind leaders Liverpool who now have a game in hand.

The Gunners form is certainly worrying and Arteta might have to dip into the transfer market to try and stem this bleeding.
