Luton Town vs Arsenal preview: Prediction, team news & lineups
- Arsenal visit newly promoted Luton Town on Tuesday night
- Gunners sit at the top of the Premier League table
- Mikel Arteta's side beat Wolves 2-1 on Saturday
Arsenal are back in Premier League action in midweek as they visit Luton Town on Tuesday night.
The Gunners' victory over Wolves on Saturday meant they retained their status as the league's top dogs for another matchday, although Mikel Arteta will undoubtedly have some concerns over how they allowed Wolves to get back into the contest after such an impressive start.
Nevertheless, Arsenal's recent triumph saw them extend their winning run to five games in all competitions.
Luton have proven to be an annoyance during their maiden Premier League voyage so far. While bereft of outstanding quality, Rob Edwards' smart coaching has ensured the Hatters have been competitive thus far. However, Tuesday's hosts were beaten 3-1 away at Brentford on Saturday and they head into this one 17th in the table.
Here's our preview of Arsenal's upcoming Premier League bout.

Luton Town team news
Albert Sambi Lokonga, who's barely featured this season, is ineligible to face his parent club, although the midfielder is nursing an injury anyway.
Marvelous Nakamba, Daniel Potts, and Cauley Woodrow are all doubts. Nakamba, who's dealing with a knee injury, is the most likely to feature out of those three.
Reece Burke is unlikely to play, while Mads Juel Andersen is out until the new year with a hamstring injury. Alfie Doughty missed the Brentford defeat with a hip injury.
Arsenal team news
Takehiro Tomiyasu was taken off at the weekend with a potential injury and is unlikely to be risked on Tuesday. Thus, we should see Ben White return to the starting XI.
Arteta could rotate in midweek considering the hectic upcoming schedule. However, Fabio Vieira, Emile Smith Rowe, Thomas Partey, and Jurrien Timber are all out.
Kai Havertz could return to the side in midfield, while Jakub Kiwior might even get a run out at left-back.

Luton Town vs Arsenal score prediction
Luton could be pesky opponents for Arsenal given that this fixture arrives under the lights at Kenilworth Road. There's a clear talent disparity, but Luton have already taken points off Liverpool this season.
Edwards' common sense approach gives the hosts a chance on Tuesday, but I don't see Arsenal, given their recent successes, having too many problems in midweek. The first goal will once again be crucial, and the Gunners will be hoping for another fast start.
