James Cormack: Ipswich, Leicester, Southampton - Yeah, I'm not holding out much hope for the three newly promoted sides. Leicester face a hefty points deduction, Southampton have a fine Championship squad, while the novelty of Kieran McKenna's Ipswich won't be enough to keep them up.

Adam Schultz: Leicester, Ipswich, Southampton - Low-hanging fruit, but the three teams who came up from the Championship last season could all easily go straight back down. Add in Nottingham Forest, who survived by the skin of their teeth last year.

Kenneth Daly: Ipswich, Leicester, Southampton – The three main suspects are, once again, the newly promoted teams. There are other candidates (Nottingham Forest, Brentford, etc.), yet Ipswich may well run out of steam after back-to-back promotions and Leicester have just lost their manager and talisman, while the Saints fell off late last term so I expect them to have their work cut out again this year.

Jak Netting: Ipswich, Southampton, Everton - Ipswich have shown ambition in the transfer window, but will ultimately struggle to compete with many of the teams in the league. Southampton have also conducted shrewd business, but there are serious questions over the quality of their squad - and survival would be a massive achievement. Everton’s financial struggles are well-documented and, even if they avoid another points deduction, Sean Dyche’s magic touch may be a step below keeping the current Everton side above the drop, but their issues are far greater than their Premier League status.

Lennie Teague: Southampton, Forest, Ipswich - The Saints will head straight back down to the Championship and Forest will also go down after surviving by the skin of their teeth over the last two seasons. Despite their Leicester-esque achievement in being promoted last season, they simply will not be able to cut it in the Prem and go straight back down.

Affan Khan: Ipswich, Southampton, Forest - I do think Ipswich will impress with their style, but I'm not sure they'll have enough to stay up. With Southampton and Nottingham Forest, I don't see enough stern quality to warrant their safety this season. The latter have been narrowly surviving the drop for two years now, and Steve Cooper's recent departure could inevitably make them spiral out of the competition.
