PSV Eindhoven vs Arsenal preview: Prediction, team news & lineups
- Arsenal travel to Eindhoven in the Champions League on Tuesday evening
- Gunners have already won Group B
- MIkel Arteta expected to make wholesale changes to starting XI
Arsenal have nothing riding on Tuesday's Champions League clash as they visit PSV Eindhoven on Matchday 6 having already won Group B.
The Gunners secured their place in the round of 16 as group winners after thumping RC Lens 6-0 last time out in the competition.
While the visitors have little to play for, PSV are fighting for their place in the knockouts. A dramatic come-from-behind 3-2 win over Sevilla bolstered the Dutch side's chances of advancing considerably, PSV are currently three points ahead of Lens heading into Tuesday's games.
Arsenal's harsh defeat at Aston Villa on Saturday means Mikel Arteta will be hoping to see a reaction from his players ahead of the hectic festive period.

PSV Eindhoven team news
The hosts will be without the suspended Hirving Lozano and exciting playmaker Noa Lang is a doubt.
Armel Bella-Kotchap is also unlikely to feature, while Jordan Teze ruled out until the end of the year.
Bosz should name a similar lineup to the one he deployed for the 2-0 victory over Heerenveen on Thursday night.
Arsenal team news
The boss will make drastic changes to his starting XI in midweek given that Arsenal aren't playing for anything. While it's unlikely that we'll see 11 changes on Tuesday night, the likes of Jakub Kiwior, Jorginho, Leandro Trossard, and Eddie Nketiah are sure bets to start.
Young Reuell Walters could make his Champions League debut.
Nothing has changed on the injury front for the Gunners. Takehiro Tomiyasu, Emile Smith Rowe, Jurrien Timber, Thomas Partey, and Fabio Vieira all remain out.

PSV Eindhoven vs Arsenal score prediction
While Arsenal can undoubtedly systematically outwit Peter Bosz's PSV on Tuesday, they likely won't have the personnel to overcome the hosts.
This is a hostile environment, and I fear Arteta's likely XI won't be able to cope with PSV's remarkable intensity with and without the ball.
Arsenal succumbed at the Philips Stadion last season, and I think they will again here.
