1. Andriy Lunin

The best and perhaps most realistic goalkeeper Arsenal could sign is Andriy Lunin, the Ukrainian goalkeeper who currently represents Real Madrid.

He played a pivotal role in Carlo Ancelotti's treble winning side in 2023/24. Particularly when he was called upon to replace the injured Thibaut Courtois, Lunin showed that he is absolutely ready to play at the highest level. His performances were particularly impressive in the UEFA Champions League and he proved to be a key reason to Real Madrid's success, despite being shunned for the final.

Arsenal are interested in signing Andriy Lunin and they are very much in the race, with Lunin mulling over his future in the Spanish capital.

The only thing to consider is whether or not the player would be willing to switch from second fiddle in the Spanish capital to second fiddle in the English capital. Therefore, he would likely have the number one spot in mind, which is currently occupied by Golden Glove winner David Raya.
