5. Ainsley Maitland-Niles (17 years, 3 months, 14 days)
It's not very often that players get to have this brag, but Ainsley Maitland-Niles actually made his Champions League debut before his Premier League debut. Four days after making his sub debut in the Champions League, Ainsley Maitland-Niles was brought off the bench again in the Premier League.
Described as an "unforgettable week" by the club website, Ainsley Maitland-Niles was brought on as a sub in the Premier League match against Newcastle. In front of the Emirates Stadium faithful, Maitland-Niles was really beginning to make a name for himself, as he would soon become a regular in and around the first-team.
Maitland-Niles was an asset to Arsenal for his sheer versatility. He could play in a variety of different positions from midfielder to full-back. Ultimately, though, this worked to his detriment, as it was difficult for him to nail any position as his own.
Ainsley Maitland-Niles left the club and became a free agent, joining Lyon in the Ligue 1. This came after four different loan spells away from Arsenal.
