Nevertheless, the FA Cup's early rounds are still up for grabs for the 35-year-old, and fans can expect him to appear in there. Perhaps with the Carabao Cup early rounds, Mikel Arteta may try to squeeze a youngster through to the starting XI for a surprise youth debut, and so Neto being cup-tied could slyly be a blessing in disguise.
