It can be argued that Leandro Trossard is the most deadly finisher within the current Arsenal squad and that is what is needed on the left wing in order to match Bukayo Saka's goalscoring prowess on the opposite flank.

The Belgian has scored 13 goals and provided four assists in 41 appearances at left wing for the Gunners. Although given plenty of starts by Mikel Arteta, Trossard seems to make a better impact when coming off the bench. The most recent example of this being against Aston Villa this season when he came on and netted the opener just two minutes later.

Trossard always looks sharp when off the bench but has failed to replicate this when starting. His ability is clear, but it seems he would be better off using him as an impact substitute rather than a frequent starter.
