Arsenal return to Champions League action as they travel to face Slavia Prague on Tuesday evening.

The Gunners secured their ninth consecutive victory last time out with a 2-0 win away to Burnley. Viktor Gyökeres put his side ahead when he reacted quickly to head in from close range before Declan Rice doubled the lead, meeting Leandro Trossard's cross with a thumping header.

Slavia Prague were victorious by the same scoreline in their previous outing, defeating Baník at home to return to the top of the Czech First League. Their start to their European campaign has been the opposite to Arsenal's however as they remain winless after their opening three games.

Mikel Arteta's side will be aiming to continue their perfect start to the Champions League season having managed three wins from three so far. The Gunners will be looking to grab an all-important fourth win, but will be challenged by a Slavia Prague team eager for their first triumph.

Here's our preview of Arsenal's trip to Slavia Prague.

Slavia Prague team news

Jindřich Trpišovský will be forced to work with a depleted squad for his side's matchup with Arsenal. Ivan Schranz, Filip Horsky, Petr Sevcik, Dominik Javorcek, Tomas Holes, Igoh Ogbu and Jan Boril are all unavailble for selection as they battle respective injuries.

Lukas Provod will likely start in the number 10 role and will also stand in as captain with Boril absent. Daiki Hashioka, who played against Arsenal for Luton Town during the 2023/24 season, could be featured on the bench.

Predicted Slavia Prague lineup vs Arsenal: Markovic; Zima, Chaloupek, Vlceck; Moses, Oscar, Zafeiris, Mbodji; Provod; Chory, Chytil

Arsenal team news

Mikel Arteta will likely rotate his side for their trip to the Czech capital, both out of choice and misfortune.

Neither Viktor Gyökeres or Kepa Arrizabalaga were spotted in training on Monday, meaning neither are likely to feature tomorrow. Mikel Merino could take the Swede's place up front while David Raya will continue between the sticks.

Martín Zubimendi will be unavailable for this game as he serves a suspension after picking up a yellow card against Atlético Madrid. Christian Nørgaard will make his first Champions League start as a result, standing in at the base of midfield.

Elsewhere, Ben White and Myles Lewis-Skelly could come in on either side of defence with Piero Hincapié also a potential starter in defence.

Predicted Arsenal lineup vs Slavia Prague: Raya; White, Saliba, Hincapie, Lewis-Skelly; Eze, Nørgaard, Rice; Saka, Merino, Trossard

Slavia Prague vs Arsenal score prediction

With Arsenal enjoying a perfect start and Slavia Prague currently winless after their opening three games, this looks like it has the potential to be a one-sided affair.

Even rotating their squad, the Gunners are the far superior side and they should have no problems overcoming the Czech champions. They won't be a walkover, but there shouldn't be any excuse for Arsenal not making it four victories from four on Tuesday.

Prediction: Slavia Prague 0-2 Arsenal
