Petr Cech – Likelihood: -2/10

Petr Cech is out of favor at Chelsea, with that really tall Belgium guy taking his place (that’d be Thibaut Courtois). And with Wojciech Szczesny coming off one bad game and a much-deserved cigarette, that means we are sure-fire candidates to sign Cech, right?

Wrong.

In short, everything that has happened in the new Szczesny saga is completely normal. He smoked a cigarette, got fined, and will carry on with life. He isn’t benched for the rest of the year and in the incredibly off chance that Arsene Wenger had a sudden urge to start someone else, then guess what? We have this guy named David Ospina who we signed in the summer.

Petr Cech is not coming to town. I hope that doesn’t upset anyone.
