Arsenal and Jack Wilshere have been tied together since the young man emerged in the first team picture. Yet now, even on loan, he is depending on Wenger.
Arsenal welcomed Jack Wilshere into the firstteam when he was a wee teenager and all of England stopped and gawked at this teenager. He was all the rage. A cool cat. He did everything a midfielder needed to and he did it all very well.

Naturally, as history will tell us, injuries got in the way. And they continue to. But Jack was never given up on, just like Abou Diaby. Wenger stuck with them, invested loyalty and faith and endless chances in this young man. But it just never panned out. And now he’s on loan at Bournemouth.
It’s a hard knock life. For Jack.
Now that he is at Bournemouth, there is no talk that exists around Jack that doesn’t involve his future, or lack thereof, in North London.Of course, there are opinions on either side of spectrum. And there is very little middle ground. Either you think he can still make it or you think that he has no shot and should probably just stay with the Cherries.
Even Jack, after being hit with the opinion of someone or another (I won’t dignify him with a name), decided that he wasn’t sure about his future either.
Although, it must be stated that he didn’t exactly say ‘yeah I have no future there’, he said he didn’t want to talk about it. But still, even when Jon Toral was on loan at Birmingham (and tearing it up, mind you) he was still talking about how he wanted to get back and prove himself in North London (which we are still waiting on).

Jack was not as confident. And it was apparent.
So, as a good manager would do, even when he isn’t technically his manager at the moment, Wenger, when asked if Wilshere has a future with the club, said, of course he does. But that’s just his opinion.
It’s not a big, declamatory statement, but it does the job. With Jack hearing all the time about how he doesn’t have a future, he may well start believing it. But if the one man that matters says he does, then what else does he need to hear?
