Arsenal moves into the Fourth Round of the FA Cup with a rather troublesome matchup with Southampton. Here are all the ways to watch.

Arsenal has another match-up with Southampton, who are starting to become quite the pest. They are responsible for some rather unpleasant memories in recent Gunner’s history. Aside from the 4-0 drubbing on Boxing Day 2015, the Saints also bounced the Gunners from the EFL Cup this very year.

And wouldn’t you know it, we face them again in the FA Cup, a competition that will always be near and dear to the Gunners, as they have the most FA Cups of any other club out there.

That being said, we are still going to see a rotational squad with some major changes from what we saw against Burnley. Especially with the Premier League picking back up on Tuesday. But that’s more so exciting than it is daunting because of the options that Wenger has.

For starters, I would find it egregious if Danny Welbeck did not get the start. And up front, too. The Welbz has been waiting patiently for a start since returning from injury and there is no better time than this. He is going to be fired up like no other to reassert his claim on an increasingly clustered striker situation.

Lucas Perez will also get a start, probably out wide, which may or may not irritate him in the slightest. Surely he came over to be a striker, but given the interchangeability of Welbeck and Lucas, don’t be surprised if they rotate in and out. Which could give rise to a budding partnership.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain should round out the front three, giving him another chance to prove himself, although I’m not sure what good it will do.

That leaves out Theo Walcott though, and I’m curious if he won’t get the nod in front of one of those three, with Alex Iwobi holding down the No. 10 spot.

The midfield is going to be interesting (or not) because the options are limited. Ramsey and Coquelin may be the only way to go, which is still highly effective.

On Southampton’s side, I wouldn’t be surprised to see the always-pesky Shane Long rambling about the pitch in his usual fashion. He has been their secondary competition striker and that may continue here.

Elsewhere, we won’t have to worry about the potential break-out of Sofianne Boufal, as he still remains sidelined with an injury.

All these things in mind, here are the match facts and how to watch:
