1. Jack Grealish

It’s going to take a lot to unseat Jack Grealish as the top option outside of the superstars. Mostly because, all things considered, Jack Grealish should rank pretty highly on any list with Havertz and Aouar. The problem is he isn’t a new sensation. He’s been around for a while. But don’t get excited, that won’t help his price tag too much, if at all.

Grealish is also in a position to be relegated, like Buendia, and also like Buendia, he’s in the top chance creators in the Premier League, sitting at 69. Which puts him right behind Buendia for fifth place.

The big difference between Grealish and Buendia, a difference that puts Grealish higher on the list, is the fact that he’s been doing this longer and he’s doing more and more each year. Every year he surpasses himself in overall goals produced. This year he’s already tied with last year with about 600 less minutes played.

Grealish, also like Buendia, has a bit of a contract problem, as he’s locked in until 2023 and likes it at Aston Villa. But money and glory talk, and the Gunners can give him that better than Villa can.
