1. Sell him locally

I can’t stand the rumors tying Aubameyang to Manchester United and Chelsea and Manchester City and every top Premier League team built on a bottomless bag of cash. Arsenal had their time selling to their rivals. They were trying to raise money to fund a stadium and they had to accept the best price they could get.

Again, since these clubs are built on endless cash, they were the best prices we could get, apparently, and that left the Gunners in countless frustrating situations of seeing true Gooners like Cesc Fabregas and Robin van Persie labeled snakes as they won the league with other teams.

That can’t happen with Aubameyang. I don’t care if United offer £70m to Real Madrid’s £50m, you do not sell him locally. That is the No. 1 way this can all go wrong. Arsenal is past the point of watching fan favorites win trophies elsewhere. Or, for that matter, just compete elsewhere. I don’t want to see Aubameyang scoring goals against us. I don’t want to see him lining up against us period.

Maybe in the Champions League, I can deal with it, cause we’re in the Champions League, but that’s it. Sell him overseas. End of discussion.
