2. Ryan Fraser

Ryan Fraser is a name who has been linked with Arsenal over the last year, and if rumors are to be believed, we are one of the front-runners for his signature this summer. Although he isn’t the glamorous name we all desire, he could be proved to be one of the best bargains of the summer.

Although Ryan Fraser’s form has dipped this season as Bournemouth have struggled. That said, I have no doubt that Fraser could be a valuable asset to our attacking options.

In 2018/2019 he recorded 14 assists (second only to Eden Hazard) and scored seven goals, all which amount to an incredible season.

Fraser is more suited to a quick-ball 4-2-3-1 formation, a playing style and formation often used at Arsenal. He has great spacial awareness which is useful in quick attacks. Although some people have written Ryan Fraser off as a one-season wonder, him being available on a free transfer would still represent a low-risk, high-reward move for any potential bidders.

Speaking of low-risk, high-reward, on to No. 1.
