Arsenal face Aston Villa at Emirates Stadium on Saturday evening as they look to keep the pressure on in the Premier League title race.

The Gunners got back to winning ways in their last outing, coming from behind to beat North London rivals Tottenham 2-1. An own goal and a fine strike from Leandro Trossard helped Mikel Arteta's side complete a swift turnaround after Son Heung-Min had put Spurs in front.

As Arsenal look to keep themselves hot on the heels of league leaders Liverpool, there are three key talking points ahead of their tough clash with Aston Villa.

1. Out for revenge

Ah, Aston Villa at the Emirates. This one brings back bad memories, at least recent ones, for both fans and the players. Unai Emery's side secured a 2-0 win in north London last season, handing the Gunners their only defeat in the title run-in which proved to be costly in their quest to usurp Manchester City.

While this edition of the fixture comes at a less crucial time, Arsenal will be out for revenge. Most of the squad were present in their last defeat and will have it fresh in their minds as they look to grab a win on Saturday.

The Gunners have already defeated Villa once this season, securing a 2-0 win at Villa Park near the start of the campaign, but this will be the one that matters. As with any game, a win will be the main objective for the Arsenal squad but they will be desperate for revenge against the Midlands side.
