Arsenal comes up against Leeds United in the return of Premier League action. The international break felt like it dragged on forever - because it did - but we finally have our Arsenal back.

Arsenal are currently second in the Premier League, but they have an opportunity to go back to the top of the table in the first game of the weekend. Of course, it won't be easy, as Leeds have yet to lose a game this season, but if they want to put the pressure on Man City, then it begins against Leeds.

6 players who can decide Arsenal vs Leeds

1. Viktor Gyokeres

With Kai Havertz facing a late fitness test before the game tomorrow, all eyes could fall on Viktor Gyokeres. Thankfully, he's been doing pretty good with the eyes on him lately.

In fine form on international duty, Gyokeres is yet to open his account for Arsenal this season. With three goals in the last two games against Leeds, that opening might just come at the right moment for Arsenal.

2. Bukayo Saka

Bukayo Saka also has a pretty good record of scoring against Leeds. The Englishman has scored a respectable three goals in his last seven games against Leeds, so the maths suggests he's due a goal.

After scoring a brace on international duty, Saka has got the mojo back that he never lost for long. With a great history of proving his doubters wrong, Saka is pivotal to Arsenal in this match.

3. Myles Lewis-Skelly

Myles Lewis-Skelly deserves a spot in the Arsenal team - some would say it's a spot he should have never lost.

Arteta opted to start Bruno Guimaraes over Lewis-Skelly against Brighton before the break, but we all know how that went. Given that Brighton and Leeds take a similar midfield approach, the no-brainer solution would be to start Lewis-Skelly.

Much like the two names before him in this list, Lewis-Skelly was in fine form during the international break, making his first start in England's midfield.

4. Ben White

Whether he starts or not is a different question, but Ben White can make an impact for Arsenal even if he comes off the bench.

Leeds' weakest side is their left side, so White attacking this side with his good friend Saka could prove to be fruitful. Again, though, I do think Jurrien Timber will start this match.

5. Martin Odegaard

It wasn't Martin Odegaard's finest day in the office against Brighton, but you could say that about any and every Arsenal player. The truth is that when Odegaard is at the top of his game, so are Arsenal.

Having started the season in great form, the skipper will look to get his teammates back to winning ways, and it could start with his free-roaming creativity.

6. Gabriel

Leeds have Dominic Calvert-Lewin as their outlet up front. When facing a tall, physical attacker, Arsenal naturally turn to Gabriel.

He wasn't the best against Brighton, with some errors proving costly, but if anyone can bounce back immediately, it's Gabriel.
