Gabriel Magalhaes has missed Arsenal's last three games with a knee injury but reports have claimed he could make his return against Everton on Saturday. Mikel Arteta followed up on this news in his pre-match press conference, as he confirmed the defender trained on Friday and could play.

The Brazilian's return would be welcomed with open arms by the Spaniard and the club's fans with his current replacement Jakub Kiwior in mixed form. The Poland international does not offer the same resilience at the back as Gabriel.
