Bruno Guimaraes is proving he's worth his weight in gold at Arsenal. In fact, he is slowly becoming a contender for Arsenal's best value-for-money transfer since the turn of 2020. Of course, he still has a lot of ground to make up, but he is pacing towards shattering that title himself.

In the Gunners' opening six games, they have picked up 15 points - of those 15, Bruno is responsible for four of them. With goals to put Arsenal ahead against Sunderland and now Leeds, the Brazilian is winning fans over more and more.

Arsenal fans came to the same Bruno Guimaraes epiphany as Newcastle fans

Guimaraes would be good enough to start at most Premier League teams, but he has to fight for his spot at Arsenal. It would be unfair to bench Myles Lewis-Skelly, who has been one of Arsenal's best players this season (and at the end of the last campaign), simply due to Bruno's name.

The meritocracy that Arteta has built is not finished. When he first arrived, he challenged the players he'd inherited to prove their worth. Now, the dynasty has reached the stage of making the same demands of new signings.

Bruno Guimaraes keeps proving his worth to Arsenal, and the more that he knocks on the door, the more Arteta will have to seriously consider implementing him in the starting li
