Noni Madueke is undergoing scans after suffering a knee injury during Arsenal's 1-1 draw with Manchester City, according to multiple reports.
The winger was the Gunners' best player in an uneventful first half and caused problems for City down the right side, but his time on the pitch was cut short as he was withdrawn at the break, being replaced by the returning Bukayo Saka.
Following his substitution on Sunday, he will now undergo tests to determine the extent of his injury and that will leave Arsenal fans very concerned.

Madueke joined Arsenal from Chelsea this summer in a move that raised the eyebrows of many in the fanbase. His price tag prompted many to believe he was too expensive a signing just to play second fiddle to Saka. However, he has proven his worth in recent weeks.
After his fellow England international teammate suffered an injury in August, Madueke started on the right flank in the Gunners' last four games in all competitions. He impressed in the position and even made supporters question if Saka would have a task to get back in the side.
His good form is at huge risk of being cut short though with the extent of his injury unclear. He is set to undergo scans on his right knee after he was seen holding it toward the end of the first half in the draw with City.
With rumours he could have suffered an ACL injury circulating, another long-term fitness problem would be catastrophic for Arsenal. He would join Gabriel Jesus and Kai Havertz on the sideline as both continue respective recoveries from injuries while captain Martin Odegaard also remains unavailable.
An injury would also be a troubling obstacle for Madueke himself. He had just started playing very well on the right wing, but a long-term issue would hinder his hopes of continuing his performances and making a name for himself in north London.
Despite these rumours and concerns though, it is important to note that the extent of his injury is still not known. While there will of course be plenty of worry surrounding a potentially lengthy absence, there is no need to be overly concerned until the facts are out there.
Mikel Arteta will likely provide an update on Tuesday in his pre-match conference ahead of a Carabao Cup meeting with Port Vale, but in the meantime, Arsenal fans will have wait and see how long Madueke will be unavailable for.
