Arsenal are Premier League champions. Nope, still not tired of saying that. The Gunners first league title in 22 years was secured on Tuesday night as Manchester City could only manage a 1-1 draw with Bournemouth. 24 hours earlier, Mikel Arteta's team had beaten Burnley at home. A Kai Havertz header from a Bukayo Saka corner to secure a 1-0 win rather symbolic of what has led Arsenal to glory.
Well, 24 hours later, as soon as the full time whistle sounded in Dorset, over 150,000 of us congregated outside Emirates Stadium to celebrate what this team we all love have achieved. So now, Martin Ødegaard will finally get his hands on the Premier League trophy, set to hoist it aloft in South London on Sunday night after their final fixture of the campaign.

When Arsenal will lift the Premier League trophy
It has been reported that Crystal Palace want their own end of the season celebration on the pitch after Sunday's match, featuring a lap of appreciation as well as celebrating the departing Oliver Glasner. The hosts are well within their right to do this of course.
Nevertheless, this will slightly delay Arsenal's historic moment, so don't expect the trophy presentation ceremony to start much earlier then around 6:30pm local time. It is likely to take place in front of the 2,687 very lucky Gooners located in the far right corner of the Arthur Wait Stand.
Arsenal’s Premier League title season explained
This Premier League title has not been reward for one year's efforts, more like four. After three successive runners-up finishes, Arteta has done remarkably well to keep his squad together and motivated, finally overcoming Pep Guardiola before he waves goodbye to Manchester City.
Monday's win over Burnley was Arsenal's fourth successive league victory since that defeat at the Etihad which threatened to derail everything. Overall, the Gunners have racked up eight 1-0 wins, with David Raya landing a record-equalling third successive Premier League golden glove.

Crystal Palace vs Arsenal match preview
This is potentially the deadest of dead-rubbers on the Premier League final day, but aren't both teams delighted about this fact? Crystal Palace can finish no higher than 14th and no lower than 16th, but this could still be an historic season for the Eagles. Glasner's side face Rayo Vallecano in the UEFA Conference League final in Leipzig on Wednesday night. Victory at Red Bull Arena would not only secure their third major trophy in 13 months, but would see Palace qualify for the Europa League.
Arsenal have a major European final of their own to prepare for. Next Saturday, the Gunners will feature in only their second-ever Champions League final, taking on holders Paris Saint-Germain at the Puskás Aréna in Budapest. With that in mind, expect this game to be played at a slower pace than usual, with both managers highly-likely to rest and rotate their key figures.
Full Premier League trophy lift schedule and celebrations
As already noted, Arsenal will lift the Premier League trophy at around 6:30pm on Sunday at Selhurst. However, their celebrations will be generally lowkey, for now at least. That's because, as already mentioned, attention will quickly turn to PSG and the Champions League in Hungary.
Irrespective of the outcome at the Puskás Aréna though, Arsenal will parade one, or potentially two, trophies through the streets of Islington the next day. Local authorities and police are forecasting that at least one million fans will line the streets, potentially two million which, for context, would represent around the entire population of Slovenia celebrating this club.
If you're in or around London on Sunday 31 May, get yourself down to N5, because one hell of a party is in store. See you there!
