Catch all the Real Madrid vs Arsenal updates as they happen, including lineups, team news, goals and notable match highlights.
Real Madrid vs Arsenal was the standout fixture when the Champions League quarter-finals were announced. Now, fans are treated to a second helping in the final, deciding leg of the tie.
In more ways than one, the first leg didn't disappoint. While the game remained level for a large portion, two pieces of individual brilliance from Declan Rice were enough to secure victory for Arsenal. Of course, Mikel Merino only cemented the result.
Arsenal holds a three-goal advantage in this fixture and the consensus is that they cannot let it slip... Surely?
Well, Real Madrid remains confident that they can do it. As the current champions of Europe, they aren't going to let that title slip away from them easily.
Indeed, in the buildup to this match, there was talk of a La Remontada (the comeback. Typically, this is used to describe when Barcelona beat PSG 6-1 to complete their comeback, but Real Madrid obviously want to beat Barca.
Standing in their way, of course, is Arsenal. The Gunners are fairly confident themselves and they have every reason to be, given their first leg display.
Nevertheless, there is always that "don't ruin this" feeling in the fanbase. Arsenal could be 10 goals up and this feeling would remain, that's just part of being an Arsenal fan.
Speaking of fan experience (how's that for a segue?), let's watch Real Madrid vs Arsenal together.
Real Madrid vs Arsenal - Live updates
Full time thoughts
Arsenal has still not lost against Real Madrid, ever.
Over the two legs, Arsenal completely outplayed Real Madrid. They made the champions of Europe look lacklustre, only cementing themselves on the European stage. Given Real's deserved pedigree, this result only feels sweeter for Arsenal.
Another brilliant display from Declan Rice, to top off his incredible display across both legs. Shoutout to every single other player, from the goal-scorers to the defence-holders.
What a display, what a team. We've got our Arsenal back.

90 mins. Five minutes of injury time announced. Not enough time, even for Real Madrid.
90 mins. A shot at the near post from Brahim Diaz is safely saved by David Raya.
85 mins. Yellow card for Thomas Partey, who will now miss the first leg of the semifinal. A moment where he lost his head, and now has an unnecessary suspension to serve.

Vinicius Junior scores for Real Madrid (RMA 1-1 ARS)

Bukayo Saka scores for Arsenal (RMA 0-1 ARS)
65 mins. BUKAYO SAKA SCORES! He's more than redeemed himself... And finally scored his chip goal. A cooly converted dinked finish over the top of one of the tallest goalkeepers in the world. Brilliant from the starboy, how can you not love him?
61 mins. Fran Garcia comes on to replace David Alaba.
61 mins. Endrick comes on to replace Lucas Vazquez.
61 mins. On comes former Arsenal midfielder Dani Ceballos for Real Madrid, replacing Rodrygo.

46 mins. We're back underway for the second half.
Halftime thoughts
Some tricky moments to contend with, but Arsenal contended with them. Jurrien Timber has been my player of the match so far, if you ignore the referee, that is.
David Raya hasn't had to make any saves at this point, which we would have definitely taken going into the match.
Bukayo Saka, we still love you.
45 mins +7. First half complete, Real Madrid 0-0.
45 mins. 7 minutes of added time for the first half... Most of which have come from VAR interruptions.
43 mins. Three corners in quick succession for Real Madrid, all from the left hand side. Jurrien Timber is putting in a graveyard shift.
41 mins. Rodrygo whips in a corner from the left-hand side after some scuffles in the penalty box. In a heated box, Raya comes out confidently to punch the ball away. Almost at halftime with the three-goal lead intact.
36 mins. David Raya handed a yellow card for delaying the restart.
Real Madrid's overruled penalty drama
28 mins. Penalty overturned. What a waste of time, but obviously we are happy. The right decision was made in the end.
That cannot be. It just can’t.

27 mins. VAR is still checking... Believe it or not.
24 mins. VAR check, the penalty * might * be overturned.
23 mins. Penalty given to Real Madrid, won by Kylian Mbappe. Declan Rice is somehow involved, with soft contact.
20 mins. Can't help but notice the few chances Real Madrid has had came from their left-hand side. Potentially they see Jurrien Timber as a target.
Bukayo Saka misses a penalty for Arsenal
12 mins. Bukayo Saka tried the panenka against Thibaur Courtois... Ridiculous decision, to be honest. Thibaut Courtois saves.
11 mins. Penalty to Arsenal! Asencio brings down Merino in the penalty box.
10 mins. There's a VAR check for a potential penalty to Arsenal.
7 mins. Bukayo Saka with his trademark cut inside, tries to test Thibaut Courtois. In the end, it was an easy save for the Belgian, but great to see Saka involved already.
4 mins. David Alaba is shown a yellow card for a two-footed slide tackle on Bukayo Saka. Tough challenge, but shows Real Madrid is up for it tonight.
Kylian Mbappe scores a disallowed goal
2 mins. Real Madrid creates their first chance of the match, as Vinicius Junior cuts in off the left side and Kylian Mbappe scores, but the goal is ruled out for offside.
1 min. We are underway in the second leg. So far, Declan Rice hasn't scored a free kick. Surely can't be too long, right?
THE CHAMPIIIOOOONS
There's that famous song. Kick-off is just seconds away, and the goosebumps have never been as prominent. COYG.
Arsenal and Real Madrid players are out training
With just over 20 minutes remaining until kick off, both Real Madrid and Arsenal players have been out training in front of the early birds within the crowd.
I'm going to whisper this one... Kylian Mbappe is looking sharp. On the other hand, I feel safe shouting that Bukayo Saka is looking even sharper.
