Regardless what happens between now and the end of the season, Arsenal fans can be guaranteed one thing - Summer signings. Of course, there are certain positions of concern such as signing a striker. However, Arsenal certainly have money to spend elsewhere too and Mikel Arteta may look no further than Real Madrid.
As an advocate of Spanish football, Mikel Arteta will be keeping a keen eye on La Liga. Real Madrid, who are the favourite to win the league this season, presents a great opportunity for signings. They are due to bring in some big names, meaning Carlo Ancelotti could have somewhat of a clearout himself.
That said, here are 3 Real Madrid players who Arsenal could realistically sign this summer...

1. Rodrygo
Needless to say, Rodrygo would be the best possible option for Mikel Arteta. With Kylian Mbappe and Endrick expected to arrive in summer (Endrick already being confirmed), Rodrygo could be rendered surplus to requirements.
Indeed, Arsenal have already shown an interest in signing Rodrygo if Kylian Mbappe arrives. He would tick the centre forward box for Arsenal but he also has the ability to play on the wing. This versatility is an affordance of signing any Carlo Ancelotti player.
This season, Rodrygo has scored 17 goals and provided seven assists across all competitions for Real Madrid.

2. Ferland Mendy
The second Real Madrid option who could also benefit Arsenal is Ferland Mendy. The French full-back is a mainstay in the Real Madrid lineup this season but that could change from next campaign, if Real Madrid pull off their transfer wish to sign Alphonso Davies from Bayern Munich.
Of course, the left-back position is one which has plagued Arsenal this season as no player has solidifed the position as of yet.
The one thing to note with regard to Mendy, though, is that Jurrien Timber is due to return to action soon, meaning signing Ferland Mendy could be rendered pointless, depending on how Timber deals with his return.

3. Arda Guler
I will throw out a wildcard. Arsenal have signed some impressive players on loan from Real Madrid in recent seasons, with Dani Ceballos and Martin Odegaard being the examples. I wouldn't put it past Mikel Arteta to add Arda Guler to that list. That's my recommendation, anyway.
Arda Guler has been in inspired form in 2024, despite only playing 99 La Liga minutes. During this measly time, Guler has contributed to two league goals this season.
Signing for Real Madrid in 2023, it is unlikely that he will be sold permanently this summer. However, with key players arriving at the Bernabeu this summer, a loan move might be the best possible option for the Turkey wonderkid. Arsenal have a great relationship with Real Madrid in this regard.
