I have made my thoughts known on Cedric Soares before, so it probably comes as no surprise to see the Portugal international on this list.
The chances of Cedric being an Arsenal player next season are VERY slim. The only way I could see him playing in a Gunners jersey is if, God forbid, a player becomes injured and he goes on some crazy run. However, given how low down he is in the pecking order, it is more likely that the sky will turn green.

Cedric started just one match this season and this was essentially an exhibition match in the Champions League since the Gunners had already secured their qualification at this stage. It is unlikely that Cedric will make another start between now and the end of the season so the chances are, he's already played his last game in an Arsenal shirt.
A good player when we first signed him on loan but in truth, Arsenal should not have made his deal permanent.
