Leandro Trossard (winner)

If Arsenal sign Johan Bakayoko this summer, it would be a subtle win for Leandro Trossard. After all, the two Belgian wingers play on opposing wings, so there shouldn't be a heated competition for a place in the team. Instead, Trossard will be happy to welcome another Belgian international to the Arsenal setup.

If anything, should Arsenal spend their resources on a right-winger, this would take a blow to their budget which means they're more likely to focus on other positions than the left-wing.

Reiss Nelson (loser)

For the same reason as Jesus, surely the arrival of Bakayoko could only mean bad things for Nelson. However, unlike Jesus, I think the ripple effect could be much worse for the Hale End graduate.

Reiss Nelson is already linked with a move away from Arsenal in the summer transfer window since he is surplus to requirement. The potential arrival of Bakayoko may only result in Nelson being further down the pecking order.
