5 left-backs Arsenal may sign to replace Oleksandr Zinchenko in summer
Well, here are five left-backs Arsenal could sign to replace Oleksandr Zinchenko this summer...
1. Jorrel Hato
A player who Arsenal would love the opportunity to sign is Jorrel Hato, the 18-year-old Ajax standout. While pursuing a move for Hato would be a gamble, Arsenal have pursued lesser known players in the past and they have prevailed as world-beaters, with the best example being Gabriel Martinelli.
Plus, Jorrel Hato has already established himself as a key member of the squad at Ajax. He has started every Eredivisie game this season, scoring one goal and providing two assists (Transfermarkt).
Hato only signed a contract extension with the Dutch side last month so to include him as a transfer target seems bizarre, but he is more than worth the shot from Arsenal's perspective.
As a centre back with the ability to play as a full-back, he would fulfil a similar squad role to Ben White which benefits Mikel Arteta more than Zinchenko.
