Surely this is a given, right? Leandro Trossard has been THE super-sub throughout this season for Arsenal, with important goals coming against Bayern Munich, Liverpool and Chelsea already this campaign.

The time is ticking for Leandro Trossard, as many are under the belief that he should be starting ahead of Gabriel Martinelli. The Brazil international is an excellent winger and bordering on world-class but this season, he has severely underachieved, particularly given the pressure of Leandro Trossard coming off the bench.

The Belgian international has been in great form of late and starting against Wolves at the weekend, he managed to secure himself a goal after an impressive improvised finish. Hopefully, the fact that he was subbed off earlier than expect suggests that Arteta wants to keep Trossard fresh for this match against Chelsea.
