Arsenal vs Crystal Palace preview: Prediction, team news & lineups
- Arsenal are back in Premier League action on Saturday as they host Crystal Palace
- Gunners desperately need to return to winning ways
- Palace knocked out of FA Cup in midweek
Arsenal are in Premier League action for the first time this year as they welcome Crystal Palace to the Emirates on Saturday afternoon.
The Gunners earned a much-needed break as the Premier League took a breather to start the new year. Arsenal were last in league action on New Year's Eve as they fell to a 2-1 defeat at Fulham, and they've since been knocked out of the FA Cup.
A training camp in Dubai could prove to be the perfect tonic for an Arsenal side that desperately needs to return to winning ways this weekend. A middling Crystal Palace outfit visits the Emirates on Saturday after they were beaten in a drab FA Cup third round replay by Everton in midweek.
Arsenal squeezed past the Eagles 1-0 in the reverse fixture at the start of the season.

Arsenal vs Crystal Palace score prediction
While Palace could be buoyed by Olise's inclusion, this feels like a get-right game for Arsenal. The Eagles were pretty dire in their two FA Cup meetings with Everton to start the new year, and they don't exactly look like a side capable of turning over the Gunners in north London.
The visitors do pose some threats in transition and are fairly stubborn defensively, but the hosts should be able to assert control on Saturday.
Once again, it'll be a case of whether they'll be able to finish their chances. It may one take one moment of brilliance to reignite the Gunners in the final third.
