Arsenal must accept that at this stage of the season, not only are there millions of Arsenal fans tuning into watch them but they have a much wider audience, featuring Liverpool and Man City fans. That said, Arsenal vs Chelsea was a success as far as Mikel Arteta is concerned, particularly when Liverpool's loss in their own local derby is considered.

Jurgen Klopp certainly kept one eye on the London derby as he prepared to face Everton. Hilariously, Klopp has admitted the manner in which he watched Arsenal vs Chelsea, which will please Arsenal fans.
Klopp watched Arsenal vs Chelsea for five minutes only before turning it off. Needless to say, the German coach would've hoped for some fortune heading into the Merseyside derby in the way of Arsenal dropping points. Instead, Arsenal put in a five-star performance and Liverpool were embarrassed by Everton, rendering them further behind in the title race.
Of course, the title race is not over. Stranger things have happened in the Premier League, so Liverpool are not down and out. However, they have certainly put themselves at a disadvantage.

Arsenal, on the other hand, are doing everything in their power to pile the pressure on Man City. After all, it is better to give Man City plenty of points to catch up on, rather than roll over and hand the title to them, much like Arsenal did last season.
There was more pressure on Arsenal to win the league this season, obviously. At the moment, it is out of their control. The only thing which Mikel Arteta can do is win the remaining Premier League games and hope that the off-chance occurs where Man City drop points. There will be a keen eye on former Arsenal players Danny Welbeck and Alex Iwobi as Man City prepare to face Brighton and Fulham.
