Two strikers top Arsenal's summer wish list

Arsenal is reportedly looking at getting its summer business done early, with a new striker the top priority for the Gunners.
Mikel Arteta's Arsenal narrowly missed out on the Premier League title just a few days ago, but Edu and the other Gunners hierarchy are already plotting their summer moves.
One such move is a striker, with Arsenal, according to The Independent's Miguel Delaney
, targeting Newcastle's Alexander Isak along with Ajax’s Brian Brobbey.
While it is hard to envision the Magpies parting ways with their stellar striker, Arteta doesn't seem to be messing about this upcoming summer. He wants deals done, and quick.
Isak scored 21 league goals for Newcastle, which takes his total to 31 in 42 Premier League games, that's a strike rate that would be welcomed in north London. Delaney reports that while it is unlikely the Magpies will part ways with Isak, Arsenal are going to test the waters but do not want a long, drawn-out process.
Then there's Brobbey.
The Ajax star netted a cool 18 goals from his 30 Eredivisie games while also grabbing himself eight assists. Seen as a "second option" if the Gunners can't convince Newcastle to part ways with Isak, Brobbey looms as the more likely target.
Another striker that has seen his name thrown up is Sporting's Viktor Gyokeres, who has been on fire this season, scoring 43 goals and grabbing 15 assists in 49 games (all competitions). Arsenal has been admirers of his for a while, and with an urgent need to add some attacking firepower, he is looming as one to keep an eye on over the coming months.
Isak feels like the right kind of target for the Gunners and with Arteta's side being able to offer higher wages and Champions League football next season, that might be too good to turn down.
But as of now, things are moving slowly, but Arsenal appears ready to ramp up its summer recruiting spree with a new striker the first order of business.
