Arsenal face Tottenham in the Premier League at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday evening, and there is plenty to look forward to.

Arsenal come into the tie as the best defensive team in Europe, as well as the best team in the Premier League at the moment. They are on a 14-game unbeaten streak, and they look to make it 15.

Tottenham, on the other hand, are not doing as well as their eternal city rivals. However, their away form gives the fans something to write home about - four wins and a draw in five Premier League games.

Here is the predicted Arsenal lineup for the tasty affair on Sunday.

Predicted Arsenal lineup vs Tottenham in the Premier League

GK: David Raya

David Raya has been one of the best goalkeepers in the Premier League since he signed for Arsenal in 2023. His form has only improved this season, with a lot of top keepers like Thibaut Courtois calling him one of the best in the world. Expect him to be the goalkeeper for every single big game for Arsenal, unless he is injured.

RB: Jurrien Timber

Timber is one of the most consistent Arsenal players in this squad. New signing Eberechi Eze said he blew his expectations out of the water, and Timber has every right to be called a nailed-on starter. He is an amazing right-back, and he will be important when going up against Xavi Simons.

CB: William Saliba

One of the very best centre-backs in the world, Saliba starts for Arsenal in every game anyway. But that need is even more important now because of Gabriel's injury. He will start.

CB: Christhian Mosquera

Mosquera is going to be a crucial figure for this Arsenal side in Gabriel's absence, even if it is not the side he prefers. Mosquera's physicality, height and pace will be crucial in a lot of games, and Tottenham will be one of them.

LB: Riccardo Calafiori

Even though Calafiori has not trained much with the team after the international break, he is still listed as available, and I reckon he will play. He is one of the most important players on this Arsenal team, and Mikel Arteta would want him to start - obviously, if he is fit.

DM: Martin Zubimendi

Zubimendi has been a revelation for this Arsenal side. His progressive passing and intelligent defending has helped the team out on a lot of occasions. Expect that to continue against a Tottenham side who can be very dangerous on the counter - especially with a lot of players returning from injury.

CM: Declan Rice

One of the very best midfielders in the world. Nailed-on starter. Next.

AM: Eberechi Eze

Eze has the qualities to handle the creative workload of this team, especially in Martin Odegaard's absence. Eze has not shown all of his abilities yet, but he will soon, and the game against Tottenham is the best way to get that going.

RW: Bukayo Saka

A no-brainer. Saka always likes playing against Tottenham, and he will obviously start in one of their biggest games of the season.

CF: Mikel Merino

Arteta has still not given anyone any clue on whether Victor Gyokeres is actually fit enough to start against Tottenham or not. Regardless, I think the Spaniard will give Mikel Merino the nod over Gyokeres, strictly so that he is able to ease the Swedish striker into matches rather than force him into the lineup and aggravate his injury.

LW: Leandro Trossard

Trossard has been solid for Arsenal in the last few games, and no one knows what the fitness update is on Gabriel Martinelli either way. Trossard has been good, and he will start. Even if Martinelli is fit enough, he will likely just come off the bench.
